All children are entitled to the Universal Early Years Entitlement of 15 funded hours per week for 38 weeks per year. Funded hours are to be taken between our core hours of 9.30 and 3.30 only.

 

Please note that children become eligible for the Early Years Entitlement in the term after their third birthday, BANES terms start September, January and April.

Parents may be entitled to claim extra hours (up to 30 hours per week) through the Extended Entitlement for working parents if they work an equivalent of 16 hours or more per week at the national minimum wage, or if they earn below £100,000 per annum. ALL funded hours carry an additional charge. This covers a wide range of extras, including regular Forest School sessions led by a qualified Forest School practitioner, all snacks and drinks, breakfast, regular baking sessions, consumables, craft supplies and resources.
